The practices for THE BIG RELAX can be taught to individuals or couples, either in person or online via Skype. You commit to 20 minutes of practice of mental and physical techniques five days per week for eight weeks in a way that works with you daily schedule. You can find these 20 minutes by reducing your Facebook time by 5 minutes, your worrying time by 5 minutes, your complaining time by 5 minutes and your general moping around time by 5 minutes.
We begin with one 90-minute introductory session to gather a health history and to clarify your needs, expectations and goals. After that, briefer sessions are scheduled to learn the techniques you will use and to reinforce this learning. This is a system, but it's not one-size-fits-all: the practices used are geared toward your individual concerns and capacities. The cost of the work takes into consideration your financial capacities. Support is provided throughout, and if you are willing to do the work, these eight weeks can change your life.
