The Big Relax classes can be offered onsite or in your home.

This combination of mental and physical training for stress reduction includes gentle hatha yoga, non-impact cardiovascular training, mindful meditation and other progressive practices to unwind your body-mind.  It is accessible to adults of all ages, shapes and sizes.  It is especially useful self-care for depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, arthritis and many other conditions.

This class is a great complement to traditional medical care or psychotherapy.
